If it's the first time You commission me, payement will be after I provide the sketch and you approve of it.

Please don't commission me unless you have my payement ready, please don't order and leave me hanging after i deliver the product.

If there's any edits or changes of ideas please mention them in the sketch phase, i will not be re doing them if i already colored or advanced in the art after the sketch has been approved, unless you provide extra pay depending on the progress.

If you already approve the sketch and idea of the art and tell me to carry on, once i finish and deliver the product there will be no refunds after.

I will give an estimated delivery date and update you during the process but please refrain from asking for progress none stop.

Please don't expect me to copy art styles of other artists, i will not draw outside of my style, keep that in mind before you commission.

I do not charge extra for commercial use, but i expect to always be credited at least when it comes to Vtuber models.

Do not re edit my Vtuber models or re skin them without my permission.

Do not use my models as base for your own model.

Please don't use my art or products in a Ai image generator, otherwise you will be banned from my services and i will further file a complain about it, i will not tolerate that so please keep AI generators away from my work.

I have the right to turn down your commission if i'm not comfortable with the request.

I have the right to post or stream the artworks unless I'm told not to in advance.
